Business law is part of private law and concerns the specialization of the law which applies to companies: contract law, company law, tax law, consumer law, criminal law etc.
All private companies need to control and protect their legal interests in order to protect themselves.
The main objective of this training is to train professionals capable of framing commercial and industrial activities. Students will be trained to become lawyers knowing:
Resolving a dispute
Initiate a prosecution
manage a legal issue and plead to defend a client
Have an autonomy of response in accordance with the rules and taking into account the interests of the companies and the administrations they represent
Have the reflexes necessary to identify the legal problems generated and propose solutions
At the end of the training, students should be able to:
Draft standardized legal acts
Analyze decisions from different jurisdictions
Know the rules governing the national and international legal environment in matters of banking, insurance and business litigation.
Solve the legal problems that they may face professionally
